EiNet lets you search the catalogue by geographic location and period of acquisition, for each mission. For Landsat, you can search by track/frame.
You can choose a maximum acceptable cloud cover, either for the whole scene, or, for Landsat data, for each quadrant.
The results of the search are displayed as a list of scenes. Click on F to get the tool for selecting floating scenes, M to see a map showing the scene position, D to see detailed metadata.

Landsat Quick Looks are Full Scenes downsampled to 512x512 pixels, and automatically stretched. The RGB image is made from bands seven (mid-infrared), five (near-infrared) and two (visible green), to give optimum distinction between clouds and snow.
