Important news about Telespazio's Earth Observation business

Eurimage informs all its customers and partners that, effective from July 1st, 2009, Telespazio SpA has transferred its Earth Observation (EO) division to e-GEOS SpA, a company now owned 80% by Telespazio and 20% by the Italian Space Agency (ASI), which has transferred to e-GEOS the rights to commercial distribution of COSMO-SkyMed data.

As a consequence of the transfer of the entire Earth Observation business, effective July 1st, 2009, all your current contractual relationships with Telespazio S.p.A. will be transferred to e-GEOS S.p.A., at the same terms and conditions.

A formal communication from Telespazio will follow soon.
